Deleting your account removes your Sevalla user account: your sign-in, name, email address, password, two-factor settings and Git connections. Your account is separate from your companies. A company holds the services, subscription and billing; your account is how you sign in, and it can belong to several companies. To stop paying for Sevalla and remove your services, delete the company instead: see Delete a company. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel any company’s subscription.

Delete your account with your last company

If you own exactly one company and belong to no other, you can delete your account in the same step as the company.
1

Prepare the company

Delete every project and service in the company. See Before you delete a company.
2

Start deleting the company

In the sidebar, under Company, click Billing. In Danger zone, click Delete company, pick a reason, then click Continue.
3

Include your account

Select Also delete my user account. Type the company name, then click Delete company.
Sevalla deletes the company first, then your account, and signs you out.
Deleting your account is permanent and can’t be undone.
Also delete my user account appears only when the company you’re deleting is your only company. Sevalla keeps your account if you still belong to another company, or if the company is shared with MyKinsta (there, deleting from Sevalla only cancels the Sevalla subscription).

Delete your account in other cases

The dashboard has no separate button to delete your account. If you belong to other companies, or you aren’t the owner of your company:
  • To leave a company, ask its owner or an admin to remove you.
  • To hand over a company you own, transfer ownership to a company admin.
  • To delete the account itself, contact our support team from the email address on your account. See Get help.
