A static site’s Analytics tab charts the traffic Cloudflare’s edge served for it, from the site’s access logs: how many requests it got, how fast and with which status codes it answered them, how much data it sent, and where the requests came from.

Open analytics

1

Open the site

In the sidebar, click Static sites, then click the site.
2

Open the Analytics tab

Click the Analytics tab. It shows the last hour.

Choose a time range

Click the time range to choose Last 1 hour (the default), Last 6 hours, Last 12 hours, Last 1 day, Last 2 days, Last 4 days, Last 7 days, Last 14 days or Last 30 days, or set a custom start and end. Custom ranges can start up to 60 days back.
  • With a preset range, Live shows next to it, and the charts move forward on their own.
  • Drag across a chart to zoom every chart into that part of the range.
  • Point at a chart to see the same moment marked on every other chart.
The range and the filters are kept in the page’s URL, so you can share the view.

Filter the charts

Click Add filter, choose a field, a condition and a value, then click Apply filter. A filter applies to every chart and tile on the tab. To remove one, click the × on it.

What the charts show

Charts with no traffic in the range say so. Each chart loads on its own; if one fails, it shows Try again while the others keep working.

Analytics and billing

The Bandwidth chart counts what the site sent, which is what counts toward the company’s 100 GB of free bandwidth a month, together with every other static site of the company. For the company’s totals this billing month, see the Monthly resource usage card on the Static sites page, or Usage.
